Acceptance Of Terms
These Terms of Service govern your use of RateQueue. By accessing or using the website, dashboard, SDKs, API, or related services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
The Service
RateQueue provides a managed control plane for queueing and rate limiting access to shared resources. We may modify, improve, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service at any time.
Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and API keys and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate information and promptly notify us if you believe your account has been compromised.
Acceptable Use
You may not use RateQueue to violate law, infringe rights, interfere with the service, abuse shared infrastructure, bypass security measures, or support harmful, fraudulent, or abusive activity. We may suspend or terminate access to protect the platform or other users.
Fees And Billing
Paid features may require a subscription or other payment. You authorize us and our billing providers to charge applicable fees. Unless otherwise stated, fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
Customer Responsibilities
You are responsible for how you configure and use the service, including your resource definitions, limits, priorities, API integrations, legal compliance, and any data or workloads you choose to coordinate through RateQueue.
Intellectual Property
RateQueue and related branding, software, documentation, and service materials remain our property or the property of our licensors. Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service.
Disclaimers
The service is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted or error-free operation.
Limitation Of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, RateQueue will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenues, goodwill, data, or business opportunities arising out of or related to your use of the service.
Termination
You may stop using RateQueue at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, create risk for the service or other users, or if continued service is no longer commercially or operationally feasible.
Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms become effective when posted. Continued use of the service after changes take effect means you accept the revised Terms.
